So, what is a Russian manicure?
A Russian manicure (you'll also hear it called a dry manicure or e-file manicure) is a meticulous, waterless approach to nail care that came up through Eastern Europe and took the nail world by storm. And for good reason.
Instead of soaking your hands, your nail artist works on dry nails using a precision electric file fitted with specialized bits, gently refining the cuticle area and nail surface with almost surgical detail. The result is an impossibly clean finish, color that sits flush to the cuticle, and a manicure that grows out gracefully instead of looking "done" after a few days. It's the difference between a nice manicure and a flawless one.
